With more than 25 years of construction management, general contracting and owner’s representation experience, Davies will assist with project administration, budgeting, scheduling, construction estimating, value engineering and contract administration for interior build-out, ground-up construction and client build to suits. Prior to joining CBRE, Davies worked for Provenzale Construction, Forest City Enterprises and the King James Group. He is familiar with much of CBRE’s managed portfo-lio, as well as other Cleveland Business District and suburban Michael Davies properties throughout the northeast Ohio marketplace. Significant assignments that Davies is associated with include Aleris International Headquarters (50,000-square-foot office build-out), Forest City Enterprises 14th Floor Corporate Headquarters (30,000-square-foot office build-out) and Higbee Building Historic Renovation and Greater Cleveland Growth Association (50,000-square-foot historic restoration and tenant build-out).
