The Northern Ohio chapter of NAIOP – Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Greater Cleveland Mortgage Bankers Association, the Ohio chapter of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and the Cleveland chapter of Urban Land Institute all avail themselves of services from Wherry Associates, an association-management firm headquartered in Westlake. Over time, efforts and successes resulting from service to NAIOP made the rounds through word of mouth. Referrals ultimately brought related asso-ciations into the fold, with the Cleveland chapter of Urban Land Institute, earlier this year, becoming the most recent to choose Wherry Associates.
